Michelle and Justin Young, whose eight-year-old son Michael has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, were the 2015 Campaigners of the Year Inspire Award winners. They have been spearheading our access to Translarna campaign in Scotland. They gave a moving account to the Cross Party Group on Muscular Dystrophy in the Scottish Parliament of the importance of Translarna, and gave a number of media interviews.
